Monhagen Middle School is an inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and incorporates student interests, while fostering scholar talents.  We work to create an educational setting that prioritizes a challenging and flexible curriculum, allowing students to explore their passions deeply, while developing essential skills in a variety of subjects.

Monhagen offers scholars a variety of academic programs, clubs and opportunities related to music, art, sports, STEM and humanities.  Our programs are accessible to students regardless of background or ability, providing opportunities for our young people to collaborate, create and think critically.  

In addition to a robust academic program, we prioritize inclusivity and diversity, creating a welcoming environment, where all students feel welcomed and respected.  We provide support for students with diverse learning needs, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding among students and staff.

Our overall goal is to work with our scholars and their families to provide a safe, enriching learning community that will prepare our young people for future success both academically and personally.
